On December 18 afternoon, my mobile buzzed and I saw Fr. Roby, CST on the screen. Since I was looking for an opportune time to meet the parishioners of Narayanghat and Hetauda, I seized the opportunity and accepted his invitation to celebrate the Eucharist on the eve of December 24. I was immensely happy to meet the religious and laity from Tadi, Narayanghat, Jugedi and Hetauda. The faith journey of the faithful from Jugedi was inspiring. I strongly felt Christ continues to take birth in the manger, like the manger of Jugedi. Human reason cannot fathom God’s way. Hats off to CST Fathers for preaching the Good News and shepherding the sheep in such forlorn places!
